		<description>for someone my size, it&#039;s a definitely heart rate stimulator. i&#039;m averaging what looks like 60-65% max heart rate per workout; not bad for a (re)beginner. granted, the first 7-10 minutes of my workout is yoga; i believe that i will either have to do 30 minutes constant hula hooping a day or get out to continue solely with the wii fit, though.

		<description>Well done on the exercise dude. Impressive to see some stats from Wii Fit around as I haven&#039;t stumbled upon many before. I guess I just never imagined a computer game to get the heart up that high - well, you know except Doom 3, but it wasn&#039;t sustained... :)</description>
