minus 30 since december

With not much more than paying attention to my eating habits, and making a choice to make time to work out every day, i’ve dropped 30 lbs since December.
I have a bit more to go, intensity wise; i’m just getting started. I’m looking forward to more loss, more visible muscle, more plateauing and disappointment, more encouragement.
I’ll be posting on goals momentarily, as it’s visibly lacking around here, and people dig that kind of thing.:)
