Sleep is important.

Got up this morning awakened by my second ( “you’ll need to be up or miss work”) alarm. Grrr missed any chance at a morning weigh in and workout. My body was wise in not accepting a 3.5 hour sleep, not that 5 and a half is stellar… My next set of steps is to eliminate the late nights.
