Sleep is important. Got up this morning awakened by my second ( “you’ll need to be up or miss work”) alarm. Grrr missed any chance at a morning weigh in and workout. My body was wise in not accepting a 3.5 hour sleep, not that 5 and a half is stellar… My next set of steps is to eliminate the late nights.

no comment. OK one. I’m at the point where i’m trying to get in at least 45 minute workouts (instead of the 30 i started out with). this one is very weak i know….and had to cut it short; i woke up too late! here’s to better sleep tonight!
