i’m still working out btw. have been consistently since my last update. i’ve been bad about putting on the HRM though. will pick that back up, ‘cos it’s fun. :) Since i missed yesterday’s workout, i gave it an hour this morning and went hard, at least for the wii fit ;-)

Sleep is important. Got up this morning awakened by my second ( “you’ll need to be up or miss work”) alarm. Grrr missed any chance at a morning weigh in and workout. My body was wise in not accepting a 3.5 hour sleep, not that 5 and a half is stellar… My next set of steps is to eliminate the late nights.
