I’m at the point where i’m trying to get in at least 45 minute workouts (instead of the 30 i started out with). this one is very weak i know….and had to cut it short; i woke up too late! here’s to better sleep tonight!

i’m looking forward to getting back into strength training. that’s where the fat gets burned!
